USB DRIVE FORMATTER WIN32 PRO
Then they added an "Ultimate Performance" setting, but only on Win10 for Workstations.what about us Win10 Pro investors? apparently, an "update" (they really need to work on their terminology) removed all but the "Balanced" plans: i disabled that early on.ĭon't even get me started on Windows 10, let alone their Power Plans. Never in my life have I or would I consider indexing a thumb drive or even think of it as an option. It's removable media and the content changes frequently and only sees a PC to load or unload software from it.

Honestly I would have been spinning my wheels with this one. Glad someone experienced / figured this out. Back in the day you use to be able to tell windows what to do with devices, now MS does what they want with your device and system and the users (or their IT) get to spend tons of time to figure out what it is!!!! Reminds me of when I first started using 10 and had several PCs with several different customers, randomly locking and or going to sleep even though all power options were disabled and ended up finding the MS in all their wisdom created hidden registry power settings! To this day I still have several PCs that even with all the registry power settings disabled, still lock or sleep.I also have several that ignore group policies even when says applied, to check for updates on it's own smack dab in the middle of the work day while a user is working.
